ERA Shows - Terms of Service

 
1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EraShows.com website ("Site") and any services provided by ERA Productions Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These services include but are not limited to booking music acts and performances ("Services").
 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether you are a registered user or not. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the Site and Services immediately.
 

3. Services Provided

ERA Productions Ltd offers booking services for music acts and performers. These services are provided under contract and subject to availability. Specific terms and conditions for each booking will be detailed in the individual contracts.
 

4. Booking and Performance Obligations
4.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to acceptance by ERA Productions Ltd.

  • A booking is confirmed only when a written contract is signed by both the client and ERA Productions Ltd.

  • The client must provide accurate and complete information for the booking process.
     

4.2 Performance Requirements

  • Clients must ensure that the venue meets all technical and safety requirements specified in the contract.

  • Any changes to the performance schedule or requirements must be communicated and agreed upon in writing at least 30 days before the event.
     

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations by the client are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the contract.

  • ERA Productions Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.
     

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees

  • Fees for booking services will be outlined in the contract and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

5.2 Refunds

  • Refund policies are specified in the individual booking contracts. Generally, deposits are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in the contract.
     

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ERA Productions Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Use of Content
